DD cracks her jaw

Anyone else's LO do this? It feels/sounds awful! She doesn't grind her teeth but she cracks her jaw all.the.time. Especially if you carry her on your shoulder. She'll put her mouth up against your shoulder and crack away. Gross! I think I'll call the doctor about it to see if I should be concerned, or if there's anything I can do about it. In the meantime, am I alone on this?

This is a P&R by the way. DD is off to swimming lessons, and we'll be back just in time for her nap.

    DS did this for a while.  Thankfully it was short lived, because the sound was like nails on a chalkboard to me.  Hopefully your DD will stop soon as well!

    My DH has done it all his life. His mom says he started when he was a baby. It's the most annoying thing ever, though I only hear when he's chewing. For the sake of your LO's future spouse, see what the pedi says.. lol
