I need your diabetic dessert recipes, ladies

For our 4th of July party tomorrow where several diabetic family members will be in attendance. I'm thinking either sugar free cheesecake or a white layer cake type deal.  I'll take any sugar free recipes you have though, since we have diabetics on both sides of the family, and I'm often on the hunt for good recipes!  Thanks!

What about whipping cream and adding vanilla only, no sugar...or a sugar free alternative, then serving with berries?

1) Angel food cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple.  Mix together and bake per instructions on the box.

 

2) Banana cream pie - sliced bananas and sugar free vanilla pudding in a pie shell.  Top with Cool Whip free

This is a really tasty frosting that I use on carrot cake. I had looked it up because I wanted a frosting that wasn't made with several cups of powdered sugar.
