I think it is neutral! Most "neutral" travel systems lean towards the boy side to me...or maybe I just like blue/green more than pink...I guess because typically a girl looks good in a blue stroller where a boy looks odd in a pink one!
I was actually going to register for that one. The price dropped pretty low and I should have bought. It's been out of stock for awhile now. I wonder if it has been discontinued? I decided to get a jogger travel system instead.

ETA: I think it works for a boy or a girl.
I've been wondering the same thing but I've decided to wait another month or two before buying a travel system to see if it comes available again.
I think that would work for either a boy or girl. Just to give you another thought, though, a friend of mine said she opted to not go with a travel system because they are so heavy. Instead, she got the frame on wheels thing to put her car seat in. I decided to go with her advice and will also get a jogging stroller instead of the travel system. Here's what I ordered. It's a Graco Snugride, which got really good ratings in the Baby Bargains book:
Yep, it works for me! I agree with what some of the others have said that so much of the neutral stuff looks more boyish, but it seems better to put a girl in boyish stuff than a boy in girlish stuff!
