2WW & GTKY Poll

We all hate the 2WW. So what do you ladies do to keep yourself occupied?

I am mildly obsessed with Fallout 3, and it makes me not think about babies! Other than that, I'm forcing DH to take me to dinner and a movie lol.

So I guess this is also a bit of a GTKY. What do you all do for fun!?

I took up knitting. I can't think about anything else but the stitch count, so it's very relaxing.

Immediately following my IUI, I go to Starbucks and get a decaf mocha coconut frappucino as my reward.

Then, I usually paint at least one canvas during the 2 ww and try to plan out something specific to do each day to kinda give a variation to the 14 days.  I feel like if you have something to look forward to day to day it helps the days go by without just counting down the 2ww.

~after 34 cycles we finally got our 2nd little bundle of joy~

I've been eating non-stop for the past couple of days.  It doesn't help that I pulled my back yesterday and can't really do anything else except sit on my a$$ in front of the tv/computer stuffing my face.  It's giving me lots of time to feel imaginary implantation cramping.  In reality, it's probably just constipation from all of the junk I've been eating the past few days.  Stick out tongue

I tried this but it turns out I suck at it :)  I've been working on a scarf for about 5 months.  It's not pretty.

I'm 11 dpo and I am DETERMINED to wait till I actually miss my period to take a hpt, or else I will go nuts with all my testing!

I work so that usually keeps me busy during the day, but in the evenings I cook a nice dinner for me and hubby, we go for a walk, go fishing, go visit friends/family, have people over for dinner... I really pack my 2ww so I don't go CRAZY!!!

I clean! its always a wait here though. I am either waiting to O which doesn't happen often or I am in the 2ww. If I actually ovulate it is much worse. I don't get to experience the 2WW very often. It's pretty obvious though because my house is insanely clean. You could eat off the floor in the bathroom. Gross I know but so true.

I actually took a Knitting 101 class at my local yarn store (it's called ImagiKnit, fun). It was 3 1.5 hour session for $60. Totally worth it because knitting is actually pretty simple once you know how to do the two differnt kinds of stitches. Try it!

This should link to the booklet: https://www.crochetme.com/media/p/121245.aspx

It's really simple, with one page explaining the different stitches and then four simple patterns. If you ever get stuck, just look it up on you tube. They have some great tutorials.
