I've been nervous all day so I decided just to ask. I had my ET at 12:30 yesterday. My clinic requires 24 hours rest, followed by "light activity". I told the nurse I HAD to be up at 9:30. She said since I have a desk job it's fine. So I rested for 21 hours.
At 11:30 today (23 hours) I had to carry 4 pans of pasta to a room. I took an escalator. Do you think I messed anything up!? 1 more hour and I would've been on "light activity" which means I can carry up to 25 pounts?
I'm terrified I hurt little chicky

Some women return to normal activity the minute ET is done. Other RE's have you rest for 4 days. There's no scientific proof either is better. Most clinics say the "rest" is more for peace of mind and to make sure you don't have any regret than due to scientific proof it helps.
So take a deep breath, I'm sure you're fine!!
