Am I missing something on FB?

My news feed is full of bible verses.  If I wanted to hear about the bible, I would pick it up and read it.

I have a couple people on my FB feed that constantly post bible verses, but they quote them incorrectly. Quoting the bible constantly is annoying, constantly quoting the bible incorrectly makes me stabby.

My favorites are the ones who post bible verses, then post pictures of them taking shots with their minor daughters, then making out with people who aren't their husband, duckfaced puckered lip pictures, etc.

I can only think of one person on mine who constantly quotes the Bible, but he's a pastor so it's kind of to be expected. 

I think you just have obnoxious FB friends.

One of the main ones in my feed has 2 sons out of wedlock and is having sex with any hard penis she can come into contact with.  I keep her on my feed for entertainment.

to answer the OP's question, I'm assuming this is unusual so you're thinking maybe there's some trend going on? Not that I've seen on my FB feed.

Unlikely, there aren't a lot of Yall's, aint's and misspellings in any version of the bible. Also I'm pretty familiar with most of the major versions, the mistakes tend to be egregious, not the slight differences you get in different versions.
