Antibotics & BFing

I have been having a difficult time getting my c section incision to fully heal. I have already been on antibotics for it when LO was a few weeks old but it was just amoxcillin. It didn't affect him too much. But now the nurse put me on a very strong antibotic called Bactrium that says it is not recommened to take while BFing. The nurse didnt want to put me on it until she learned LO is a little over 7 weeks then she said he might be okay now and so she gave it to me. I am a little worried though..well more than a little..at how it will affect him. Has anyone taken it before? Any advice?
