Haha! Sorry I'm laughing, but I don't know whether to say that sucks 'cause you need antibiotics or congrats because your bowels are moving normally!

The one thing I like about having Crohn's: I have no constipation, and for once pretty normal BMs.

When I feel seriously backed up I'll have a coffee with breakfast. It helps get things moving again

After and enbarrasing trip to the regular Dr. (funny enough my OB didn't want to take care of it) I am on a constipation cocktail. I eat a ton of fiber related products but my anti-naseau (sp) medicine really backs it all up. So I take a couple of per-colace either every day or every other day. If it starts to get bad I do a Milk of Magnesia cleanse . But I tell ya I would rather have to go a few times a day then ever go back to the Dr. for actual help..................sorry if TMI
