A shot in the dark - any chorioamnionitis success stories?

My SIL is a shade over 18 weeks pregnant with triplets. She has been in the hospital since Saturday with contractions, dilation, and bleeding. They stopped it once with magnesium, then switched to indomethicin when the contractions started up again.

She is stable right now, but an amnio revealed she has an infection in the uterus caused by a very rare yeast (candida glabrata) that can be introduced by IVF treatments. Her OB is doing everything she can to avoid delivering the babies, but the infection must be resolved or it's over. The OB has put calls in to Johns Hopkins and another local hospital looking for ideas, but nothing has come up so far.

So, this is just a shot in the dark for anything anyone on this board may have heard of as far as potential off-the-wall treatments go. Also, any thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. We're all grasping at straws here...
