Do BG Elementals not have a "dry" feeling?

I've heard so many good things about BGE that I was thinking of picking up a few to try.

I noticed they're all cotton which is great in one way but the reason I'm not super-crazy about prefolds (which we use primarily) is the idea that baby feels instantly soaking wet and may stay that way for a couple hours until I check her.

Can someone fill me in?

    There's no micro fleece or suede cloth to keep the dry feeling (the BG AIO or pockets do though).  If you want lo to feel dry you could use fleece liners.  I had a couple of fleece receiving blankets that I cut up and work perfect for that or for keeping diaper cream off.
