I feel like I can't eat enought today! So far i've had a bowl of cheerios, cherries, pb&j, pretzels, an orange, another small bowl of cheerios and eggs. AND I'm STILL hungry! Ugh! I don't want to gain a million pounds.
the best rule for healthy eating is to listen to your body. eat if you're hungry and don't stress about gaining weight, especially when you're pregnant. choose healthy snacks and meals, but don't freak out if you NEED an ice cream sandwich one day.
This was my exact facebook status not 2 days ago! As long as you are being smart, don't worry. Make your calories count. You will go through days were you can't get enough food, and then you will be fine the next day. Baby may be going through a growth spurt. " )
