HELP! Amber necklace questions

What size do you get? I don't want to drop $20+ on this thing if he's going to out grow it in a few months! I measured his neck and where I'd like it to hit on him is about 12in.  What size should I order?

I'm also still going back and forth about which ones to get.  IBF ones are so expensive!  The etsy shops I was looking at make me nervous because they ship from Lithuania and have very few reviews. Thoughts on that?

She definitely has room to grow in it, as I see a lot of kids with necklaces that fit a lot closer. 

ETA:  Hers came from Lithuania, as well.

Go check on the IBF Facebook page - they are always pairing up with mommy bloggers to do giveaways, and with those they often also have a coupon code for a discount.  Our two amber necklaces are from Finn and they are very nice quality.

I went with this one. I'll risk it with Etsy. That guy has 100% positive reviews.
