I put my slip on skechers sneakers on this morning and they are really tight. I thought they were swollen, but nope- lthey ook the same. I've been mostly living in ballet flats and haven't noticed anything until now.
I've heard your feet can get bigger, but I hoped it wouldn't happen to me since I already a size 10!

Re: Did your feet get bigger?
Around 24 weeks I went form a size 8.5 to a 10 overnight. My feet were swelling during the day at the time, but aren't anymore... yet my 8.5's don't fit! I may be a 10'er from here on out.
My feet almost always hurt-- especially in the middle of the night. I'm pretty sure they've spread. Ugh, what a pain!
None of my shoes fit except for flip flops, I am hoping once the swelling goes away my shoes will fit again.
Kerri
mine did get bigger, both with swelling and after the swelling went down. I was a size 8.5-9 before pg and now I'm a solid 9. I hope this pg doesn't make them even bigger.
I have some skechers sneakers that have the criss-crossed velcro strap on top and last summer my feet swelled so bad that I couldn't even velcro them closed (this was around 25-26 weeks in early september, so it was HOT). In the mornings my feet were never swollen, but they swelled as the day went on and were biggest when I was in the hot shower at night.
I hope you are one of the ones whose feet don't stay bigger, but I think we all can expect periodic swelling to make them bigger as long as we're pg. Hopefully they will go back to pre preg size, though.
My swelling went away completely after about 2 weeks, but my feet are definitely longer. Width-wise, all of my old shoes fit, but there are some that I can tell my toes are hitting up against the shoe. I was a size 6.5, 7 pre-pregnancy, now I'm a 7, 7.5.
