return of morning sickness!!

I'm 25.5 weeks pregnant with my fraternal girls. i was pretty sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and actually lost a bunch of weight. I started feeling really good around 3 months up until now. It hit me like a brick house. I feel so sick, i don't want to eat anything. i just want to lay on the couch and sleep. I modified my crazy work schedule to only work 3 days a week, still about 30-35 hours, my OB told me i could work my 50 hours up until 32 weeks. i told him he was crazy! anyone else get hit be this semi?!?!

Me! I'm supposed to be working on my lesson plans for the fall and getting everything ready for the babies, but it's a struggle just to keep the house moderately clean and get dinner on the table. I feel like taking multiple naps a day - I tried taking an iron supplement, but it did not help.

My morning sickness hasn't yet gone away. I got medication from my doctor, but I understand the B vitamins help, too (B-6, B-12)
