Both Sidarth (M) and Diya (F) and indian names. I've also seen as "Siddarth" and "Siddartha". The little boy in DS's class goes by Sidu which I think is cute. Diya means light.
You've chosen your daycare wisely! Nice names! The only one I don't like is "Bailey." Bailey makes me think of either the beige creamy liquor of the same name, or a Golden Retriever.

Lol, I had a yellow lab named Bailey :-)
As ya do
I associate a lot of -ey names with labs or retrievers because I knew so many with -ey names. Bailey and Riley in particular, but it branches out for me to names with a similar feel (Bentley, Kailey, etc.)
I work in a daycare and there can be a few strange ones!! Here are a few:
Latham
That's the name of the town I used to live in. Can't imagine naming a child that. I've heard Lathan before but never Latham.
ETA: I say this, but DH and I plan to name our first daughter after a town in Italy. Guess it's not so out of the ordinary
