Sooo Lila got to spend some time in her baby pool today and afterwards I let her crawl around naked until my husband was done with his shower. We were going to give her a bath.
So I look over at my sweet angel and she is covered in poop! It was in her hair, her mouth, and all over her butt. Niiice
The only upside? One of the little turds was ploppable :P
Off to finish cleaning up the carpet.
Re: Naked time goes horribly wrong.
I'm cracking up at the "upside".
I'm sorry about the poop, though.
Yes, I was oddly psyched about that lol!

Awww. N has pooped during naked time a few times and I can't help but laugh- better to clean up your kid's poop than your dog's... and I had a jack russell that used to poop in the house at least once a week.
My LO goes to the bathroom once a day-- usually before lunch. So we make sure he gets naked time in the afternoon and after his bath before bed. He's only gone to the bathroom once (and it was on a shag carpet during PB phase... ugh ugh ugh-- clean up was awful and took forever. I still want to steam clean that area despite all the enzyme cleaners and soap and hot water I scrubbed it with.)
Oh no! Yucky haha. This is why I appreciate our hardwood floors - during her projectile vomit episode the other night it made clean up in the middle of the night a little bit easier.
Speaking of ploppable poop. A few weeks ago I was changing her diaper and she had a really formed solid poop in there. I asked DH if he could plop it in the toilet.. he looked at me like I was from Mars. He walked out & came back with some toilet paper in his hand picked up the poop out of the diaper and tossed it in the toilet. I was thinking, that's not what I mean but okay, it works haha.
Monona - tell your hubby she's a baby not a dog
And yes, she had already pooped today. I thought I was safe!
haha that's exactly what I told him! He said he didn't want to accidently drop the diaper in the toilet. ah men!
My husband did do this once while "rinsing" a diaper- he flushed the toilet so the power of the flush would help clean it and he let go. It didn't clog the toilet somehow so my in-laws (we were visiting them and thats why we didn't have the sprayer) now have a diaper in their septic tank.
There was enough swearing frim me the other day when I dropped a diaper in the toilet as I picked up the pail after rinsing poopy diapers...
I wish my kid pooped on a schedule. Really I do.
I am afraid to do naked time.
LOL. Love the upside.
