I'm not sure how exactly it came about, but I call him Pork Chop. He call's me Nomad. We have 'cutesy' names for one another too, but Pork Chop and Nomad are the ones we use when picking on each other and having fun

DH and I call each other Schwan- like from the movie Billy Madison? One of those dating things where we were like "Stop looking at me Schwannnnn." Seems a little silly now!
We're Jewish and we 'Jewishify' our names, I'm not sure why, so hubby becomes 'Hubsky' or 'Hub-berg'! It sounds so ridiculous, I can't believe I'm even sharing it!
I call my husband "husby" since we got married, but I've called him Aidee for a lot longer - it's not too funny or anything but his name is Adrian so it's just what I came up as a nickname.
DH's friends called him TK in highschool, short for "The Kirby". Not very interesting. I don't have any particularly good nicknames for him...I'm not that creative.

Really the only other thing I call him other than his name is "Stinky" or "Stinky Butt" sometimes he is quite stinky. But mostly because when he comes inside from smoking a cigarette it stinks. I can't stand the smell of them or his breath after so he usually washes his hands & brushes his teeth after he smokes.

My husband's job title in Hebrew is Hazzan (Hah-ZAHN) so I call him Hazzan *ourlastname* somewhat regularly at home and at our synagogue (especially to get his attention). He's The Hazz on our blog.

I call him Tuna, or Tuna Boss, or variations of that. It's from The Office...it's what Andy calls Jim. I think I called him that a few times just to be funny, and I guess it just stuck.
Dh calls me Tootsie (hence the sn)

Thats funny! My brother's name is Derek and my mom has always called him Derder... similar!
Derbear is cute
How funny! I had never thought of that one before. Thanks, I felt kind of silly actually typing it out. Is that how your brother's name is spelled too? People always want to spell DH's name Derrick or something like that.

DH and I call each other boobie or boob for short. I really can't for the life of me remember how it started but we've been calling each other that for a few years now.
I also call him C*ckmaster and he calls me Beef Curtains.
We are also very romantic. We don't really have cute names for each other, usually we just call each other something inappropriate and different combinations. Sometimes he calls me "wife."
I call MH 'Poppet'. I got it from Priates of the Caribean, when one of the pirate guys says 'hello poppet' to Elizabeth Swan. I ususally say it with a British accent too.

We call each other "pie pie". Not sure where it came from although I think it stemmed from "I like pie" statement, which may have been some random thought my DH had when I asked him what he was thinking. All I know is he reminds me of the dogs in the movie UP with his random thoughts sometimes, so I am pretty sure that is what it is from.
TTC#1 starting Feb 2011, BFP #1:5/31/11, CP: 6/6/11; BFP #2: 7/9/11, loss confirmed 8/3 with D&C on 8/12 finding complete molar pregnancy. Forced break until Feb 2012. My blog
When we're being goofy I call DH Smelly Cat sometimes, or just Smelly and sing him the smelly cat song from Friends which he can't stand and that's what makes it funny! He calls me Honey Bear.
If we're not poking fun though, we usually use "babe" as our nickname. Like "hey babe can you take the trash out?" etc
He called me Wife-piece until we got married and I actually became his wife. Go figure.
Other than that, we're not at all creative. We're both Babe. I honestly don't think I've ever used his name.

DH WANTS me to call him "Papito", but I won't because I think it's weird. We're not even Spanish!
He calls me "Bubby" which is the Jewish term for grandmother. Totally weird....I know.....
