Childbirth Classes- Chicago and Homewood

Have you thought about taking a childbirth class to prepare you for labor and delivery and the many experiences that come right after birth? I teach childbirth classes both in Chicago as well as in Homewood (south Suburb). I first starting my educator training with the Bradley Method, then later with Brio Birth. I teach a 10 week course that takes you in depth into labor and delivery, coaching skills for partners, the postpartum experience, newborn care and much much more! Most people don't think about taking a childbirth class and simple rely on their doctors for information. However, it's your baby, your body and your birth, so you owe it to yourself to me informed as you can.
