I've never been to it. Do you think it's something that a one year old would enjoy?
I'm such a humbug that I wasn't even going to dress DS up this year, but everyone keeps telling me how awful that would be of me. I guess if I had somewhere to take him it would be more worth it.
I keep forgetting he just turned one, I keep thinking he's older than that for some reason. No, he likely won't care much. Sam was 1.5 when we took her last year and was able to walk the whole thing & carry her treat bag, etc so it was worth it for her. It's also a late afternoon/evening only thing so the cranky factor is high.
Her first Halloween at 6m we didn't dress her up either. Heck if it wasn't for Sam, we wouldn't be dressing DS up this year.
