Ugh damn you UTI

I've had 1 UTI in my entire life and I'm pretty sure I'm getting/have another. I have to pee sooooo bad constantly but when I go it hurts. I already had an Ob/Gyn appt tomorrow at 7:15p but that seems so far away from now. I'm planning on getting some cranberry juice after work. Is there anything else I can do?

Clomid- No response
