you dream about it.  I had a dream I was at home holding my baby and admiring his CD, and I thought "Holy cow, I never told the girls on the nest that I had my baby!"

Of course, you know it's a pregnancy dream when the "baby" turns into my cat (yep, still wearing the CD) and DH accidentally puts him down the garbage disposal while giving him a tomato juice and bacon bits bath...oh, I kid you not.

wow, that is by far the stranges pg dream I've ever heard, congrats on that!    LOL!  Atleast your dreams aren't bad ones, the last pg dream I had was that an officer came to the door and told me that DH had been killed (at work, not on deployment) and then some EMT came by and told me DS had died of unknown reasons... literally spent my entire dream in a frenzy trying to find out why my son had died.  sheesh.
