Anyone else lactating?

So i woke up from a nap yesterday, and THERE SHE WAS. A little wet spot on my shirt, right on the boob that I was sleeping on. So out of curiosity, I squeezed my nipple (tmi, anyone??) and more came out. I was shocked! Didnt think it was supposed to start this early. Its kind of funny in a way, it reminds me of when I started my period for the very first time. I thought to myself "OMG, it works!". Anyone else??

    Yep.  I've noticed a few spots on my bras and I've had some larger wet spots on my PJ top.  I definitely had the "wow, it works!" reaction too.

    Not yet...but I'm expecting it anytime. I remember leaking a bit of colostrum when I was pg with my other two.

    At the end of the day, I find that I have white crust on my nipples when I take my bra off. I'm guessing that's what's happening and I'm just catching it after it has dried/been absorbed in my bras.

    I haven't had enough to leave wet spots but every so often I'll feel like I'm leaking so I'll look and sure enough, there's a little wet spot on my nipple.

    I've noticed that I get a sharp, burning type pain in righty and then there's a spot.  I guess that one is an overachiever. Wink

    I have noticed the crust on my nipples. I have to pick it off every other day or so. It feels so gross and I try to pick it off before DH touches me and ends up feeling it.

    Yes, definitely. Especially when they are squeezed... there is a bit of the colostrum. It means we're ready to breastfeed, which is a relief to me. Big Smile

    Yes, i noticed alittle but not enough to wet through a shirt.  it is weird to see!

    Yep! And my 2 year old noticed before I did! He pointed and asked, "What's that?" Lo and behold I leaked everywhere down the front of my shirt after holding him! Needless to say we are beginning explaining the whole BFing thing to our son!

    A little bit of clear but not colostrum like yet. Seems more like lubrication. I leaked in the third tri with my son so I think its a good sign.
