I posted this on 0-3 months also, but wondering if anyone has experience here...
Our LO got stuck during birth and was an emergency c-section. He sustained an injury to his right brachial plexus nerves when they got stretched when I was pushing. Now when we do tummy time he has like no strength in that arm. He has full movement in every direction and an awesome grip. We are seeing PT/Rehab specialists for it but I was wondering if any of you ladies have gone thru this and how the arm strength is? He is now 7 weeks old. Thank you!

There is a mom on here who has a child with this injury. I think she checks in from time to time. I would check back to this post.

Carson Henry, born 39w, 2d, via emergency c/s due to no fetal movement and fetal distress. Seizures, IVH grade 2, brain injury, kidney and liver damage. Complete blood clot in the artery in his right arm. 27 days in the NICU. Now discharged from all specialists, excepts his kidney doctor, who will monitor him indefinitely. My tough little cookie.
