Special Needs

This can't wait until Wednesday.

Chris had speech yesterday and his therapist had him playing with oatmeal.  He actually tried a tiny bit with one little oat in it and he gagged and threw up with the texture. Sad

So today's food play she had us play with pudding, which he's played with for awhile now with no problems.  Instead of really playing with it, he ATE IT OFF THE SPOON.  This is the first time he's fed himself with a spoon!

I'm so proud. Big Smile

  • Woohoo!!!!
To my boys:  I will love you for you Not for what you have done or what you will become I will love you for you I will give you the love The love that you never knew
  • So awesome! As the mother of a 3 year old who's never even touched oatmeal or pudding, I can appreciate how excting that is. :) We've called my husband at work to celebrate such things as nibbling a banana!

  • Yay, Go Chris!!

I have 1 baby who is an absolute piggy and one who is a tiny peanut who doesn't eat much. If I could find a way to bottle her piggyness I would give you some. =D
