I don't have 4.0s, but I prefer elementals over my pocket diapers. They are absorbent and trim under clothing.
ETA: I don't really notice a crazy dry time because we use fitteds too, and since fitted take just as long or longer to dry it doesn't seem like the elementals take that much time.
DS wears all Elementals during the day and we use the BG 4.0 pockets at night with an AFFF and some other hemp insert to customize absorbancy. We used to use the BGE at night but he poops every night and getting that off the 4.0 suede is much easier.
The Elementals are awesome...we have like 27 of them and am going to stock up on some girly ones for my little one on the way. We love them. They are trim and absorbent and fit well. I line dry but have enough that I can leave them for a day or two. I may line dry one day overnight and then put through a dryer cycle. If I do use the dryer, I run two cycles but I love them so much it doesn't bother me at all.

What about the crazy dry time? I want to dry line as much as possible and have heard the elementals take a LONG time. Is it worth it?
The soakers are sewn in a loop so when you take them out of the wash, loop one side around the front of the diaper to lessen the dry time for the layers. Also, throw a dry towel in your dryer with them, cuts the dry time in half. Or take them out still damp and hang them on a rack overnight.
