  • Loading the player...
  • YES YES YES YES!!!  I've been answering convos, and haven't had a chance to make a post.

    I LOVE ITTTTTTTTT!!!!!  I can't wait to take it to Vancouver!!  It's perfect...thank you!!!!!!!

    ::huge grin::

    =)

  • Awesome! I still wanna see a pic of it on. Yup, I'm nosy like that LOL.
  • I will, I promise.  Not tonight, though...I'm zonked and look like I've been run over by a freight train.

  • Oh I didnt mean right now.. Heck I probably look worse than you do on a regular basis. Comes with no idea on how to use a curling iron and curlers, never wearing make-up ( when I did dh had no idea so I havent since). I am such a tom boy.

    I would give about anything though to get someone to dye my hair and maybe curl it for me. DH has tried to help dye it but poor man felt bad when I had ummm spots without matching color. giggle.

  • Ohhhhh...there's NOTHING better than a makeover and having your hair cut and styled.  Tell your DH that that's what you want for your push present.

    =)

  • LMAO, we were busting a gut over a thread on that the other day. When I had ds my mom bought me a huge hair clippy, she said I would need it.

    I am the one that kinda says what and if we have money. So I Could possibly say we have the money and run off and have some fun. But, I'm lame and want to pay off our debt from moving twice, going to 1 income, and paying for our own wedding. My shower is next week though so that might warrent at least a hair cut. :)

  • You do realize that makeovers are free at nicer stores in the mall...right?  Go get your hair cut and styled, then get a free makeover (make sure to schedule them in advance).  You deserve it.
  • Really? Actually I had no idea. I have finally made a local mommy friend. Maybe we can run off for some grown up time and have a bit of fun.. Hmm man that does sound nice..
  • It's wonnnnnnnderful.  Try the Origins counter -- they have some really nice stuff.

    =)

  • What store is that in?
  • Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillards, Gottchalks...most of the bigger (nicer) department stores will have an Origins counter.
  • Oh we have a macy's at our nearest mall. I think nordstrom is in the city. Oh to go to the city and indulge in a ghirardelli hot fudge sundae. Heck my doc said the 2pds I have gained doesnt even count as gaining with as far along as I am.. hehe
  • Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....if you go to The City, pleeeeeeeease have some Bodin bread for me.

    I lonnnnnnng for Bodin.  And a cup of coffee....on the warf......

    ::happy sigh::

  • They were on the foodnetwork the other day. Something about the sourdough yest culture is so unquie in san fran they have thier own strain. PP can steal the starter and if they take it out of town the bread will NOT taste the same. It needs that eco system right there to taste right.

    On a sad note, I dont like there clam chower. I think my best bowl was in monteray a couple years back. Talk about heaven in bread bowl.

  • You said the "M" word.  I looooooooooooooooove Monterey.  Love.  Adore.

    Have you done the 17 mile drive?

  • Nope, never done the drive. Maybe if we go down there and camp. That might justify the gas to get there?

    I want to take dh to yosemite. He has never been but my m/s was so awful that would have just been long and not fun.

  • Hmmmm...Yosemite is a must-see, but I still love Monterey/Big Sur bestest.
  • They have koa camps at both if you ever feel like taking a road trip with the family. No tent needed.
