Rec the best 20-50+ pound carseat

My little one is already 18+ pounds and in the near future we will need a new carseat. She is in the carrier one and is getting heavy and she is long so she is nearly out of the seat. So, when she turns 20 pounds we will need a new carseat. I want a good one and would prefer to pay less than 200. I would like to buy this one and keep it for a long time.I will check back later at your responses! TIA
