Wondering if this laundry soap would be CD safe....

Came across an all natural line of products at our grocery store today. How can I determine if it's CD safe? I was kind of thinking since it's locally made that perhaps it would work well with our hard, wonky water.
Here are the ingredients:
Saponified 100% coconut oil, sodium borate, sodium bicarbonate, pure essential oils and vegetable glycerin.
