After reading the post about if you do or don't chart, someone mentioned (so sorry I forgot your name), that she is going to BD every other night from the time her period ends until she gets her next period (or BFP), that to me, sounds like an EXCELLENT plan.  Does anyone else do this?  I think I am going to try it and see how it goes.

We do this..sometimes even more but usually EOD. It worked the first two times! lol..It does get a bit tiring, but my DH loves it!

We don't have that much sex naturally. It's enough of a stretch to make it EOD my fertile week. I think we'd be peen- and vag-less if we went EOD for 36 days.

That is WAY too much for me and DH. I guess because we only see each other for 1/2 the month, we have too much other stuff to do besides BD all the time. lol.  I guess that's why I'm not KTFU yet.

EOD the whole way through the cycle would probably be too much for MH, though I'd be game, haha.  We're going to try ED during the fertile window this cycle and see what happens, though.

LMAO! Yup, thats pretty much how my DH feels! hahaha...I have a friend who does it everyday even when they arent ttc! Phew!!! lol

We have been trying for EOD. There have been a couple times when it's just not going to happen. It's really not bad at all. Plus, my husband is loving it. I think having sex ED during the fertile week would be harder on my vag. At least this way there's a little break in between. Plus, I don't really know when my fertile week is.

We did this with Ds and we were pregnant our first cycle. I haven't done it again, but am thinking if this isn't our cycle, we will go back to having sex at least EOD from start to finish.

Last month, we did EOD from CD 8 through CD22.  My husband loved it - in the beginning.  By the end, he was plain worn out.  We did get a BFP out of it though (ended in chemical pregnancy).   Good luck if you do try to go that route!

My DH and I did that this cycle, and let me tell you, I am exhausted!! lol near the end he was doing it himself (hand) then I would let him finish in me. I would not be able to do this every cycle no freaking way!

I know a couple who did EOD and didn't get KU so they went ED the next cycle and they got their BFP.  But they admitted it was the least "sexy" sex they'd ever had.  I think I'll stick to my original plan of sex when it's sexy then try try try to make it as sexy as possible during my FP.

DH is all about quality sex over quantity, so this would never work for us.  And BD sex is boring; there are so many things you have to avoid.  Would much rather time the BD sex, and have fun sex the rest of the month.

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't think we could do that.  I get more tired these days and DH works long hours in the spring and summer months most of the time that sometimes we just want to go to bed.

We're already doing it 3 times a week on average, so bumping that up a little to EOD wouldn't be a big deal. It's fun! I might die if we had to do it every day, though - I'm not sure my body could handle that past about a week.

It's only our first month TTC, so we're not all mechanical about it yet. I'm charting, so we have a general idea when to increase the hot lovin', but it's not like it's a duty or anything. That's why I don't love the euphemism "big deed" because it feels like you're taking the fun out of it. We just have fun happy sex time a few times a week (more during ovulation time) and we're hoping a side-effect of that will be a BFP.

This is Cylce #9 for me on my first on Monitored Clomid so I want to give this cycle the best chance it can have.  Since I had no idea how the clomid would affect my temping, ovulation  and OPK's, we have done it every other day since CD 7 I think.   VERY tiring and last night DH was not able to perform so I think we are done with the EOD since it looks like I ovulated on Wed.

EOD is a lot of work and towards the end it felt very un-sexy but I hope it will pay off this month.  I am so sick of TTC

Even though I usually don't O until around day 20, we do this starting a couple days after AF ends. It gets tiring, but since I'm taking from charting right now, it's our best shot at hitting our window.

FWIW, we are going to try this next month, with the exception that we will try to BD ED during fertile period.  I've heard from a few people that they got pregnant the first month they tried this, and yeah, everyone's different, but I figured it can't hurt our chances.  Granted, if it doesn't work after one month, I'm done, because I think BD EOD is not a lifestyle I want to adopt for myself for more than a month.
