I *think* that's supposed to work, but it just seems so small. I thought it was a diaper bag on amazon, lol. I can't imagine carrying a city mini double w/ a strap like that. But maybe I'm just picturing it all wrong.

I don't know if this will help or not but I gate checked my SBS without any kind of bag or covering. It was fine at the other end.

We've gate checked our SBS several times too without a bag. Never had any problems.
