I do I find if I don't plan the week's meals I end up buying whatever's on sale/looks good and have trouble putting together actual meals when it comes time to cook haha!
I know, two pizzas and two pasta dishes probably sounds like a lot. I just can't handle meat-heavy meals these days. I've been trying to make my pizza/pasta recipes lighter by using low-fat cheese and whole grain pasta. For lunch I'm living off egg/tuna/or chicken salad wraps for breakfast it's always cereal.

It's too hot to cook inside, so we'll probably be grilling all week. DH is making pizza on the grill today with fresh mozzarella and basil. We'll also have a salad with homemade raspberry balsamic dressing.
We bough some grass-fed beef and pork chops at the farmers market, so burgers tomorrow (with grilled corn) and grilled pork chops with asparagus on Friday. I'll also make a carrot salad to go with it.
King crab legs and buffalo shrimp this weekend.
ETA: I also eat a fresh Caprese salad every single night these days, with tons of fresh basil.
Yup, I do too. I make a list each week and mostly stick to it...I've saved a ton of money grocery shopping and not going for last minute dinners out since we started doing this. Here are the dinners from the current week:
Tuesday: Leftover Chicken cut into strips for soft shell tacos, watermelon
Wednesday: Making a big pot of stuffed green pepper soup, corn bread, watermelon.
Thursday: Leftovers. And oh, I don't know...Watermelon? LOL.
Friday: Pizza night this week. Veggie pizza at Papa Murphy's, side salad.
Saturday: Grilled Chicken sandwiches, grilled onions, zucchini, and squash. And Watermelon.
And let's be honest...I've already had a scoop of cookies'n'creme ice cream for dessert twice this week and will probably break down again at least twice.
I don't usually plan weekly menu's but I really should start. Maybe after our move on the 1st I'll start! I have to second that this should be posted weekly, loving the ideas!
Sunday - Pork chops and oven potatoes and a green salad
Monday - Grilled hamburgers, grilled onions, fries, and a green salad
Tuesday - LAZY! I spent the day in agonizing pain with a kidney stone/kidney infection after spending Sunday/Monday night and morning in L&D having contractions. SO after a dose of phenagren and Dilaudid I was able to eat! We had chicken and fish sticks, lol!
