Did Clomid lengthen your LP?

This is my first cycle on Clomid, and several things have happened post ovulation that haven't happened before (higher temps, tons of lotiony CF sorry TMI, weird bbt dips). But unfortunately one thing has just happened that is the same--I started spotting today at 7DPO. It's light so far, but it's still there. I thought that the whole point of my dr putting me on Clomid was to fix this LPD??  I had a lot of hope for this cycle, but that is rapidly departing.

So I guess this post is part rant part question. Did Clomid lengthen your LP? Anyone have some charts I can stalk? And of course feel free to stalk mine. TIA

My first cycle of Clomid I had a 9 day LP.  We had to up the dose and add progesterone to get me to a 13 day LP.  Does your doctor do 7dpo progesterone levels?  If not, I would push for it so you can see where you are at.

I have done one cycle of 100mg of Clomid; it lengthened my avg LP by 1-2 days.  I've not heard of that being the main reason to take Clomid, though; progesterone is usually taken for that.
