Do you go to the gym?

If you do, what is your routine like?  (When do you go, for how long, what do you do while you're there, etc.) 

I have a membership that I never use.  Just curious about others.

    not-pregnant -- i do cardio/weights classes and some kickboxing. .

    pregnant - all of that until now i puke all the time lol i'll be back doing those things when m/s is gone.

    i go at 930am (ish) and am there for at least 1 hr class.

  • Yep, I do about 30-60 min of cardio and then light weightlifting.
  • Yes but I had been working out before I got pg. I wouldn't start a new routine right now.

    I go for an hour M,T,Th and S. I love to take classes and have been taking Zumba.

  • Me!! I love working out. Typically I go to the gym 4x a week for about 1.5-2 hours per time. I always do a class (zumba/kickboxing/spin)- and then do circuit training/weights for the other half. I'm going to keep on going until I get too big too, or my doctor tells me not too. I think that even when I'm big, I would still like to go though to walk on the treadmills (since I can't run) and just keep active. :-)

  • I go for about an hour everyday. I was in training for a triathlon before BFP so I would do some combination of swim/bike/run and then a light lift. I'm sticking with the same type of things but with less intensity. I'm high risk so nothing that "makes my boobs bounce" after 12 weeks and keeping my fingers crossed that I avoid bedrest this time around!
    I have four angel babies in heaven, one sweet little man here on earth, and am praying to meet this newest little miracle. Pregnancy Ticker

    Cardio everytime I go, and lifting every other day!
  • My current exercise routine:

    Walking (to the fridge).

    Lifting (food to my mouth). 

    Cardio (sex with DH).
