I am so tired of not being able to go to bathroom.  wtf?  The WHOLE time I am pregnant, I have no trouble with this. Now, since tearing myself a new one from childbirth, I can't seem to go anymore. Seriously, like every 3 days. And it hurts like a _bitch. I know this is tmi, but please tell me someone is going through this too.

I have been eating lots of fiber and fruit and whole grain.  Maybe I should try a softener.

How about Pear juice or prune juice?  I hear they both work wonderfully.

Benifiber helps me and those yummy little fiber cookies taste pretty good

Chicken alfredo and a cigarette usually do it for me. Then again any kind of cheese does it for me.
