    I shipped a FB package last week with 5 fb and 5 inserts and paid 9 bucks to ship them all.

    Thanks for the input! I just shoved all of them (8 covers + ~14 inserts) into a recycled mailer and sent them out parcel post with DC and it came to $9 and change.
