I just barely made the cut off

Hello! So excited to be here! It's been a while since I mad a ticker and would like some help because it seems like it has changed. I can't find where to go to make the ticker. Thanks!

    Hi! Just click on Tools (if a drop down menu shows up, it will be listed at the bottom) then when the page loads you'll see the ticker options. Once you make the ticker, copy the code (top one), click on my bump (you may have to re-login), and at the top it should say "edit my avatar & sig" click on that and paste the code into the box that says signature. GL!
