HCG level of 17

Hello Everyone,

I am new to The Bump, i only found out im pregnant with baby number 2 on wednesday morning. wednesday night i started having a lot of pain in my left ovary and i went to the hospital right, i was afraid of an ectopic pregnacy. When they checked my HCG level it was only at a 17. At the time of the test i was 16 DPO. They also did an ultrasound but they did not see anything in my uterus or in my tubes. but they did find a hemmoragic cyst on my left ovary which explained the pain that i was having. I go again tomorrow morning to get my HCG levels retested.

has anyone had a similar experience as me but ended up with a healthy pregnancy? or has everyone ended up losing the baby?

any advice would be great!

I'm sorry you're going through this! I didn't have a similar experience with pain but my initial beta was only 14 but they continued to rise and my first u/s looked good. I hope you get a great second beta!!!
