Not having any symptoms??

I know every pregnancy is different.  I have had minimal symptoms though with this pregnancy.  My breasts are tender but not sore, etc.  I have not been sick, food aversions, etc.  I did have cramping and spotting at 12 dpo but that's it!  I am not worried something is wrong... I hate the not knowing...

I'm right there with you! I started off with a runny nose that just went away today and now nothing at all. I'm just trying to relax and take it easier and be happy each day i'm still pregnant. I'm also waiting for my third set of hcg levels to hopefully come in tomorrow. First was 65...then 109....so i'm really hoping they get higher. my dr. isn't worried but just the waiting and not knowing is hard.

I had NOTHING until 5 weeks, 4 days and then bam! 

My first pregnancy I didn't have any m/s so I always questioned but I was just lucky that pregnancy.

Thanks for the replies!  That has helped.  I think it's the whole not knowing part.  I have very irregular periods (PCOS) and very luckily conceived both DD and this one first try.  I keep thinking I am pushing my luck because of this.

Your only 4 weeks and change.  My m/s didn't start until 6 weeks with my first and although I have had some bad days in the past weeks, I have also had some very normal days- like today and yesterday. 

 Try not to read anything into it.

wow i think you are my pregnancy twin -- lol i had brown spotting at 15 dpo tho.. pretty close. I have also had no symptoms at all except for what you described. BUT i will tell you, today I saw a tiny baby with a hb of 116 -- hopefully that will give u some hope

The only symptoms I'm having are occasional fatigue, increased appetite, and once or twice I had nausea in the morning this week (though honestly I think it was the prenatal vitamin) and once or twice I had tender breasts (but I think it was due to wearing an underwire all day).  So symptoms VERY few and far between.  Hoping that just means that I'm one of those "lucky" ones.  But I wouldn't mind some reassurance that I really am pregnant.  Hopefully my first ultrasound next week will provide that!
