I posted yesterday about how since I found out I was pregnant, I've been making really bad food choices. I found out today while looking through my credit card bills that Weight Watchers online renewed my membership (I did weight watchers for a few months before getting pregnant).
I'm thinking of tracking my food and activity again, just to keep myself honest about what I eat and how much junk I eat.
I don't plan on using the weight or inch tracker at all, since WW doesn't let preggos weigh in at meetings (although I think you can still attend)...I don't care about the weight gain, but I do care that lately I have not cared about what I put in my mouth
Is anyone else who has kept a food journal in the past continuing to do so during pregnancy? Thoughts?
