The level of picky eating is at an all time high in this house.  It was getting better for a while, and then all of a sudden they were like, "Nope, not gonna touch anything remotely healthy.  Nice try."  I cannot think of a single fruit or vegetable that they will BOTH eat, and even individually there are very few that they like these days. 

But they loooooove ranch dip, particularly for dipping meats in.  So I pureed a crap load of spinach and green onions, and made a kind of ranch-like sauce for the fish tonight. 

Yessss, shovel it in monsters.  Shovel it in. 

And at first Nathan was a little put off by the green color, but I told him it was Shrek's ranch dip, and he got all kinds of excited about that.  Score about 3 billion for the Mama! 

(I am also fully aware that this new trick will probably only work for about a week, but whatever they're eating vegetables.  VEGETABLES!)

Not yet because I suck at baking.  That's my next step though when this fails.  LOL

Damn, you're good! DD loved sour cream so as long as she could dip it in sour cream, she would eat anything. The boys refuse to eat anything other then chicken nuggets, fruit, cheese, and the occasional hot dog. I plan on asking the pedi what we can do to change their picky eating. I have a feeling a lot of it is a textural (sp?) thing and I'm not sure what to do about it.
