NBR: update on my surgery

Thank you all for the dust and warm wishes.

I had surgery yesterday and was supposed to go home same day, but there was infection (gallbladder) that the doc hadn't anticipated. We all thought it was a pain but not inflamed or anything yet. So I had to stay the night in the hospital and get antibiotics and just watched over. It was actually nice to stay the night and not worry about DD trying to climb on top of me. You would think I'd use the time to sleep, but I napped in between movies. I saw Letters to Juliet, Eat Pray Love, and Morning Glory. I tried to watch Inception but I was to medicated to understand it. lol

Angie is doing great understanding that mommy can't pick her up and to be gentle around my tummy.

Glad it went well over all!! I understand about trying to keep Dd from climbing on your tummy! Hope you heal quickly!!

Glad it went well and they kept you an extra night. I had surgery last august and ended up with an E. Coli infection a week after surgery resulting in a 9 day hospital stay. So glad you were put on antibiotics early. GL and glad DD is cooperating.
