Is this morning sickness?

So for the past few mornings, I wake up around 5-6am with intense heartburn. I don't feel sick to my stomach or pukey, but its definately a indigestion/heartburn/quesy feeling. Is this it? Or will I know?

I have both heart burn and morning sickness. I can easily identify morning sickness due to the constant throwing up. If you take a Tums or Zantac and it goes away, it's just heart burn.

Morning sickness is nausea and maybe throwing up. You will recognize it!
