If you use Rockin Green and have the Kenmore HE Plus Washer...

What is your washing routine?  I have been using another CD safe liquid detergent and running a cold rinse/spin and then a prewash, hot wash, cold rinse, 2nd cold rinse.  Which seems to be working so far.  But, I just got my first bag of Rockin Green and I am wondering if I should change up my routine.  Also, how much do you put in?  I have never used power detergent with this washing machine before.
