Workout tip: Walk 30 minutes, everyday. Thats enough to help you maintain a base level of fitness.
Diet tip: Avoid fatty breakfast meats during pregnancy if you can. Pork sausage, bacon, and breakfast sausage may contain as much as 50 percent fat and are highly processed. Breakfast meats made from turkey are leaner, but there are healthier sources of protein for breakfast-whole grains like oatmeal and eggs for example! (Got this from my pregnancy journal)

Mack-Im jealous of your trail by your house. Im with you on the evening sickness that is me for sure.
My workout today will be 30 DS and maybe a walk this evening when it gets cooler. I rode my bike yesterday while DH ran almost 7 miles and that was not a good idea in 100 degree weather. I came home pretty sick. Note to self dont do that again during the heat of the day.
