Hungry in the middle of the night?

I got up at 3 am because I was STARVING. I had a glass of milk and it calmed my stomach enough to go back to bed until it was time to start my day but man, I hope that doesn't keep up.

I would say I'm up in the middle of the night eating at least 3 nights a week! I hope this doesn't keep up too :-)
