Hi ladies,
I decided I would introduce myself finally. I got my BFP last Wednesday. I'm super nervous since I had a missed m/c in April. I was supposed to be 9 weeks but baby passed at 6w2d. I have way more symptoms this time so that is keeping me hopeful. I just can't wait to get passed the 6w2d mark with a heartbeat and I will feel SO much better. I'm so happy to be a part of this board, there's a great group of ladies on this one!!

My family is a Foreign Service family. Families like mine are posted in every corner of the globe. We live our lives away from family, friends and the conviences and comforts of home. We often live and work in dangerous places among those that misunderstand our intentions and purposes. Sometimes members of our ranks sacrifice our lives to further diplomacy. Please remember that we serve too. And I'm always open to questions.

I hope so too! Stay positive. Love that baby with everything that you got.
I have to do the same. Because we are overseas and the transition and everything - I won't have my first u/s until AT LEAST 10 or 11 weeks. It's a brutal wait when I keep reading about everyone else having an u/s at 6-8 weeks and getting to hear the heartbeat, etc. So for now - I'll keep my chin up and keep doing the best I can for baby.
Again - so happy that you are here.
