Success after IF

What does your 6-9 mo sleep in for the summer?

Especially if you do not have air conditioning?

I have a hole in my baby wardrobe because DS1 was wearing fleece sleep sacks at this age and the next size up is 9 month light weight footed jams.  I need to get something to fill in.  Considering our foot problem from below I'd like to get something w/o feet, but do they make separates in 6-9m?   I think the smallest separates we have are 24m.

Any ideas?

  • Not sure about separates, but do you even need bottoms if you don't have air conditioning? What about just a plain white t-shirt and diaper- may not be super cute but LO would be comfortable.

  • I have a/c (I'd die without it), but if not then I would put LO in a white onesie or a t-shirt.

  • My Dec babies slept in onesies all summer their first summer.

  • Oh good, I am glad to hear that onesies/ undershirts would be enough to make it till the he's big enough for the next size jams.  He's my chunk, so it won't be too long!

Please believe if I were in the south and had to deal with humidity I'd need a/c too. :)

When we went to our house in Maine last year the AC was broken and we used these and it was so hot! https://www.amazon.com/Halo-Technical-Comfort-System-Months/dp/B0029F1JU4/ref=sr_1_3?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1307886788&sr=1-3 They kept G cool all night and as a bonus they are spf 30 so I could have him on the deck with them and not worry about slathering with sunscreen. I do think a onsie would be OK too.
