Westside Ob/gyn &/or St. Mary's Hospital

Hi ladies. Has anyone worked with Westside Ob/gyn group in Canton/Livonia? Or deliver in the 'Miracle of Life Birthing Center' in St. Mary's Livonia? I'm curious as to feedback.

I've delivered twice at St. Mary's & had a great experience both times. The nurses were very friendly & helpful. I love that you are in the same room from the time you come until the time you leave (unless you have a c/s of course). The rooms are very big compared to what people on our tour said.

I had a different ob/gyn so I can't help you there.

I delivered at St. Mary's and I also use WestSide Ob-Gyn in Livonia. Dr. Gatt was who ended up delivering my DD, but I thought that all of the doctors in the practice were friendly and approachable. I also had a great experience at St. Mary's. Like Bronco said, the rooms are large and you're in the same room the whole time. They had a relaxed visitor policy, and the staff were all kind and helpful. Feel free to PM if you have any specific questions, and congratulations on your pregnancy!

I have been going to Westside OB/GYN in Livonia for several years now. I delivered both of my boys at St. Mary's with them. My mom is actually a L&D nurse at the hospital, so it was a given I would go there. Everyone is just amazing and I've had such wonderful experiences in the dr. office and both times at the hospital. I have actually gone back several times to visit and I sometimes go to the Mommy & Me group meetings there. Let me know if you have any questions!
