No VA roll call...I know there are lots of us!!!

Ladies - Give a holler if you are from northern VA, DC or MD. Maybe we could do a get together in the coming months to celebrate the end of first tri? I am happy to organize a gtg once I am back in the country.... in 31 days!!!!

My family is a Foreign Service family. Families like mine are posted in every corner of the globe. We live our lives away from family, friends and the conviences and comforts of home. We often live and work in dangerous places among those that misunderstand our intentions and purposes. Sometimes members of our ranks sacrifice our lives to further diplomacy.  Please remember that we serve too. And I'm always open to questions.

    I was debating joining a mommies/pregnancy group on meetup, but since it will be a while until i actually LOOK pregnant, I thought I would wait. :) It would be fun to meet other pg ppl here though.

    + 6/1/11, due 2/12/12. natural m/c @ 8wks
    + 9/3/11, due May 2012. overdue baby born healthy!
    + 8/3/15, natural m/c @ 5wks

    Thank you! We just moved from Sterling - we were in a townhome in Lowes Island. Are you around there?

    i was born and raised in alexandria, i live in and work in DC.  i'm not sure if my work schedule will allow, but i'd like to attempt a meet up!

    Ok. I will hang on to this post. I am sure we will have a few more ladies going us so I will repost in a few weeks, as well. Once I am home and we are all a little closer to the end of first tri - I will work on organizing a meet up in a semi central location. Sound like a plan?

    yes! yes! yes!  I was hoping we would have a DMV get together!  I live in Frederick County but am only 45 minutes from DC and 5 minutes from Leesburg.  I'm new to the area and only have a couple of friends out here.  It would be great to get together with some other knocked up ladies!

    That's the worst mall in NoVA...I opened that PF Changs there a while back.....soooooooo slow!  Love Tyson's corner though!
