I'm refusing to believe I'm not PG

Baseline BW was yesterday at 10 dpo and nurse said HCG was <1, which I can only assume means 0. 

But man, these cramps that are EXACTLY like the early PG cramping I had with G, the boob pains, a tiny bit of brown spotting today and now the dreamgasms!! I NEVER respond this way to progesterone sups and not even when my e2 and p4 have been crazy higher than this. 

WTF is my body doing to me?

I am in the same boat as you - I POAS a few days ago and it was a BFN, but the symptoms are all there and no period yet (which should have started yesterday) which is strange since you can set a clock to my cycle.

I am sitting here typing this debating whether or not to leave the office and head to the drug store for a test.

it was sooo early, right!?  dreamgasms....ahh..i miss those!!  (and that was definitely something I only ever had while pregnant!!)  good luck!!!!!!
